Beach Road Holiday Park Policies
When you check in you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
Arrival Time: from 2pm, please check in at the Office at the commencement of your stay
Departure: 10am unless prior arrangements have been made.
Accounts: Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of deposit by direct credit.Once your payment is confirmed you have agreed to the dates and all monetary transactions on your reservation sheet..A deposit will consist of the first nights' tariff per unit. Balance of accounts are payable on arrival. Payment must be made for the full time booked. No reduction for early departure or late arrival.
Conduct: Absolute quietness between 10.00pm and 7am. The only exception is New Year's Eve, which is 1.00am. 18 Years and over may consume alcohol on their own site or in accommodation units. Excessive drinking and parties forbidden. To ensure all our guests have a great holiday, we expect commonsense and consideration to be shown at all times, to other guest, staff and management. The Manager will cancel occupancy if behavior or activities occur that are incompatible to the effective running of the Holiday Park.
Damage & Theft: Management will charge additional costs for damages and/or additional cleaning required to the property. The holiday park owners will not be held responsible for loss, theft or damage of any property for any reason regardless of cause. Please make sure that all your valuables are kept locked away and your cars and doors locked.
Late Arrivals: If you anticipate arriving outside the above hours, please contact reception. We will arrange late arrival instructions and gate access for you.
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, the following will apply to all deposits paid:
Outside Peak Season:
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival; no refund.
- Cancellation 8 days and over; deposits will be refunded less $20 administration fee per site/room cancelled.
Should the site/accommodation booking be cancelled prior to or during the period of the reservation then the proprietor will make reasonable effort to re-let the site/ accommodation, and if able to do so then any sum paid will be refunded less a $20 administration fee. (No more than one night's accommodation)If the accommodation is unable to be re-let then all or part of any sum paid will be forfeited as liquidated damages at the discretion of the proprietor,
Pets: No pets allowed
Speed Limit: Speed limit around the camp ground is 5kph, or walking pace, this includes, cars, scooters and push bikes and motorbikes. We ensure this to keep everyone safe as there are always children playing in the grounds.
Power and Non Power Sites: Awning and tent ropes are not to be connected to trees, hedges or fences. Please keep within your site, including any vehicle. Please do not park on neighboring sites during peak times.
Electricity: Caravans and campervans must have a current electrical WOF. Vans left unoccupied on site, must disconnect power leads.
Communal Kitchen/Dining: You use it, you clean it. Please ensure that all dishes are done after use, benches are wiped down and appliances left clean. TV is on Free-view, please leave TV on AV. Please turn off lights at night time.
Refrigerators and Freezers: These are provided in the main kitchen block for your use. Please ensure that you name all your food, and please remove before departure. These are cleaned regularly and all unnamed food will be disposed of.
Showers: These run on $1 coins, please make sure you consider others during peak season by keeping them to a minimum.
Rubbish: Please make sure you dispose of all of your rubbish in the correct bins. We have a recycling station towards the back of the park for you to use.
Laundry: We have washing machines on site. These are coin operated $2. Please ensure that they are set on cold wash. Please remove all washing as soon as the cycle has finished.
Children: Your children – your responsibility. Please make sure they are supervised at all times.
BBQ Area: The BBQ's are free and for all guests to enjoy. Please ensure that they are clean after use. They will need a lighter to ignite, please contact office for this.
Cleaning: All cabins are non-serviced. If you require a service please contact reception. An additional $20 is payable. Cabins – please leave all clean crockery in cabinet in cabin and not in main kitchen.
Linen: Linen is available for hire from the office. Please let us know if you require any. Cost is $20 per sheet set:
Fires: All fires in the grounds is strictly prohibited.
Refunds: No refunds due to changed circumstances.
First Aid: Assistance is available at the office.
Right to refuse entry: The Holiday Park reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse entry to any person or ask any person to leave the Holiday Park for any reason whatsoever. No refund applied.
